Hotel Sales Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy for our hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to create promotional packages and initiatives
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English required

Preferred:
- Experience working in the hospitality industry in Saudi Arabia
- Knowledge of Arabic language

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month plus commission based on performance. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. This is an urgent position so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
