Surveyor - Land and Property Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Surveyor to join our team in Split. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and mapping land and property boundaries, as well as providing accurate data for various construction projects. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time job with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and lasers
- Collect and analyze data on land features, boundaries, buildings, and utility locations
- Create detailed maps and reports for clients based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate data collection
- Use computer software to process survey data and create digital maps
- Provide guidance to junior surveyors on field techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Prior experience in land surveying preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Croatian is a plus)
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for Croatia
