A leading construction company in Ufa is seeking experienced and skilled Welders to join their team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts together for various projects. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, along with free visa and ticket provided by the company.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements
- Set up and operate welding equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Clean, prepare, and inspect materials before welding to ensure quality work
- Weld components in flat, vertical or overhead positions as needed
- Monitor equipment for any malfunctions or defects and report them immediately
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder with strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Familiarity with different welding tools (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Valid certification in welding from a recognized institution preferred
