We are searching for an experienced and creative Florist to join our team in Karachi. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and events. You will also be in charge of managing inventory, ordering supplies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create stunning floral arrangements according to customer preferences and event themes
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Order necessary supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and answering any questions they may have
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute large events or projects

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Florist
- Creative mindset with a passion for flowers and design
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic math skills
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
