Job Title: Contract QA Engineer
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Salary: 1300$ per month


We are hiring a Contract QA Engineer to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting manual and automated testing on our software products to ensure high quality and performance. You will work closely with the development team to identify and report bugs, as well as provide suggestions for improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with testing methodologies and tools. This is a contract position with the potential for extension or permanent employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing on software products.
- Develop test plans and test cases based on product specifications.
- Identify, report, and track bugs using project management tools.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements.
- Perform regression testing to ensure previous functionality is not affected by new updates.
- Document test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
- Experience with manual and automated testing techniques.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira or TFS.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred:
- ISTQB Certified Tester or similar certification.
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Appium.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
