Merchandiser (Contract) in Bergen, Norway

As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the display and layout of products in retail stores. Your main goal will be to attract and engage customers by creating visually appealing displays that showcase our products. You will work closely with sales teams and store managers to ensure that our brand is well-represented and product availability is optimized.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create attractive product displays that align with company standards and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with sales teams to ensure adequate product availability
- Collaborate with store managers to determine optimal placement of products within the store layout
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Train store staff on proper display techniques and communicate new product information
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for future displays

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bergen, Norway (candidate must already have valid work authorization)

Contract Type: Full-time, contract position without accommodation
