Our rapidly growing company is seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Ajman. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and supporting the office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and files
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Perform general clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and filing
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month. Candidates must be Indian nationals who are currently residing in Ajman with a valid visa sponsorship. This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English.
