Sales Manager
A leading company in Lusail is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic individual who has experience in sales and proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and keep up-to-date with competitors' products and services
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly
- Train new sales employees on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
- Conduct performance evaluations for the sales team and provide feedback for improvement
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our company's products/services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales preferably in the same industry/field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Experience in developing successful sales strategies
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Proficient in using CRM software
Salary: 1000$
Location: Lusail (Filipinos/Kenyans preferred)
