Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in Mombasa. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on project status
- Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on the project
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management
- Knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD or Procore

We welcome candidates from Canada or Nepal who are interested in relocating for this position. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1500$, accommodation provided, free visa and ticket. Part-time candidates may also be considered. No English proficiency is required for this position.
