Sales Representative - Albena, Bulgaria



As a Sales Representative at our company in Albena, Bulgaria, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth. We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and create targeted sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis by actively closing deals
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using CRM software for managing customer interactions
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Eligibility to work in Bulgaria (visa sponsorship available)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
