Foundry Technician

We are seeking a skilled Foundry Technician to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Foundry Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining foundry equipment, as well as performing casting and finishing processes. This position requires the ability to work with molten metal and heavy machinery, so physical strength and dexterity are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Operate foundry equipment such as furnaces, molds, ladles, and cranes
- Pour molten metal into molds according to specifications
- Monitor the casting process to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform finishing processes such as grinding, sanding, and polishing on casted parts
- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a foundry or similar industrial setting preferred
- Ability to work with heavy machinery and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic understanding of metallurgy
- Attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Salary: $1300 per month
