We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards. This is a part-time position that does not require English proficiency and is suitable for men who have their own visa and do not need accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Shape and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Monitor oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, glazes, or fillings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure all products meet quality standards
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Train new bakery staff on baking techniques
- Adhere to food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Familiarity with commercial baking equipment
- Creativity in decorating cakes and pastries
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays of baked goods
- Attention to detail for precise measurements
