Instrument Technician



We are hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various instruments and equipment used in industrial processes. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1800$, and accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain various instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, and level sensors.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning instruments.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of instruments.
- Make recommendations for upgrades or replacements of outdated equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to develop solutions for complex technical issues.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Comply with all safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of various instruments used in industrial processes.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and proficiency in reading electrical schematics.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for non-EU residents.
- Previous experience working in a similar role in the manufacturing or petrochemical industry is a plus.
