Office Manager (Part-time) - Siauliai, Lithuania
We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and supporting our team with various tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing files
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Support team members with travel arrangements and event planning
- Ensure all office policies and procedures are followed by employees
- Act as the main point of contact for visitors and clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
- Proficient in MS Office with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Availability to work part-time (20 hours per week)
- Own valid visa for working in Siauliai or ability to obtain one
