Salary: 1700$ per month


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and possess excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of various construction projects, from concept to completion. Your expertise in building codes and regulations, as well as your understanding of sustainable design practices, will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives for each project
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the production of construction documents and ensure they meet all necessary building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that designs are being implemented correctly
- Manage a team of junior architects and provide guidance and mentorship as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies in order to incorporate innovative ideas into designs
- Participate in meetings with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project timelines and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working as an architect on commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with sustainable design practices is preferred but not required
