Senior Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction professionals to create designs that meet their needs while adhering to budget and schedule constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects, including creating initial concepts, developing detailed plans and specifications, and overseeing construction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project.
- Work closely with engineers and construction professionals to ensure designs are structurally sound and feasible.
- Develop detailed cost estimates for proposed projects.
- Monitor progress of ongoing projects, making adjustments as needed to stay on track with budget and schedule.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design plans and quality standards.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design principles, techniques, and software tools.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other related software.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job based in Faisalabad. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
