Carpenter



We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Bansko, Canada. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. This role requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges
- Cut and shape materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings, or hardware
- Inspect and repair damaged frameworks or fixtures
- Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents on site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Proficient with hand tools and power tools
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Own transportation to job sites within the city

Salary:
Starting salary is $1000 per week based on experience.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday. Overtime may be required depending on project deadlines.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Additional training in carpentry is an asset.

Location:
The job will be based in Bansko but may require travel within the city limits for different projects.
