Experienced Barista - Eldoret, Kenya


We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You must have a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Ensure all drinks are made to the highest quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Eldoret, Kenya. We welcome applicants from all nationalities; however, preference will be given to those who already have the right to work in Kenya.

Contract Type:
This is a full-time contract job with the potential for long-term employment.
