Concierge - Muscat, Oman
We are in search of a customer service-oriented Concierge to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional services to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and special requests for guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is preferred
Salary:
1300$ per month
