Concierge Coordinator
We are searching for a highly organized and proactive Concierge Coordinator to join our team in Muscat. As a Concierge Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide information about the hotel and its amenities, as well as local attractions and services
- Arrange reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests as needed
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
