Logistics Coordinator



A fast-growing logistics company in Sharjah is seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor shipments from start to finish
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery
- Track inventory levels and manage stock levels
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct cost analysis and negotiate rates with suppliers
- Continuously improve processes and procedures for efficient logistics operations
- Provide outstanding customer service and address any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics coordination or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in Malayalam or Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with logistics software is a plus
- Must be able to work well independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
