Administrator for Malayalees in St. Petersburg
We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our team in St. Petersburg. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the company. This position is open to Malayalees with no English language requirements and offers a competitive salary of 1400$. We also provide free visa and ticket for the selected candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling correspondence
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide support to various departments by completing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other company events as necessary
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or redirecting them as needed
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management
Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam (English language skills not required)
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
