Senior Architect - Vilnius, Lithuania



Our architectural firm in Vilnius, Lithuania is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various projects within the city. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and provide innovative design solutions.
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Develop detailed architectural plans, blueprints, and designs using AutoCAD or other software.
- Oversee the construction process and liaise with contractors to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Conduct site visits to ensure the quality of workmanship and materials used in the construction process.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as an architect.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Lithuania.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus).
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
