Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex data-driven problems.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems.
- Analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights to guide decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions.
- Implement data preprocessing techniques for efficient model training.
- Evaluate model performance and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of machine learning and apply them to enhance our existing systems.
- Communicate findings and results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing machine learning models in a professional setting.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with popular deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques such as regression, clustering, classification, etc.
- Experience working with large datasets using SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
