Preservation Architect


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure that restoration projects meet preservation standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting site surveys and assessments of historical structures
- Collaborating with clients to understand their preservation goals
- Developing preservation plans and strategies for restoration projects
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Overseeing construction work to ensure preservation standards are met
- Monitoring project progress and budget
- Conducting research on historical structures and materials for restoration purposes
- Providing technical expertise on preservation methods and techniques
- Maintaining records and documentation of restoration projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Preservation Architect or similar role
- Knowledge of preservation principles, techniques, and materials
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permits
- Strong communication skills for working with clients, contractors, and local authorities
- Ability to conduct research on historical structures
- Attention to detail for project monitoring and documentation
