English Tutor in Malindi



We are seeking an experienced and qualified English Tutor to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students of different ages and proficiency levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare customized lessons based on students' individual needs and learning goals
- Teach English language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to make the lessons engaging and effective
- Provide regular feedback and progress reports to students and their parents/guardians
- Assess students' understanding of the material taught through quizzes, tests, or other assignments
- Identify areas for improvement and develop personalized learning plans for each student
- Stay up-to-date with current teaching methods, materials, and resources to enhance teaching skills
- Collaborate with other tutors or teachers to share ideas and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English language or related field
- Previous experience as an English tutor or teacher is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping others improve their English language skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with different teaching methods such as online resources, games, role-playing, etc.
- Proven ability to adapt teaching techniques according to students' learning styles and needs

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Malindi, Kenya. Applicants must have their own visa.
