We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Tutor to join our team in Malindi. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized instruction to students of varying ages and levels, helping them improve their English language skills. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1300$ per month, along with accommodation and free visa and ticket for Canadians.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create personalized lesson plans based on the individual needs and goals of each student
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in person or online
- Assess students' progress and provide regular feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experience
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive learning environment
- Stay updated on current teaching methods and techniques to continuously improve as a tutor

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is an asset but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different learning styles
- Passion for teaching and helping others improve their language skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other tutors
