Senior Architect - Residential Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Residential Design Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of residential design projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, develop design concepts and plans, and oversee the implementation of the project. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire residential design process, from initial concept development to final construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences
- Develop creative and functional design solutions that meet client requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure the project is progressing according to plan
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budget and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in residential design projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects
- Excellent design skills with a strong eye for detail
- Proficient in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
