We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Indian Collector to join our team in Osijek, Croatia on a contract basis. This position is suitable for men who are looking for an opportunity to gain experience in the field of collections.

As a Collector, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. You will also be required to follow up with customers through phone calls, emails, and letters to ensure timely payment.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism. Fluency in English is not required for this position as the majority of our customers are Indian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to collect outstanding payments
- Negotiate payment plans with customers
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
- Follow up with customers through phone calls, emails, and letters
- Provide excellent customer service while handling difficult situations
- Collaborate with other team members to improve collection processes

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in collections or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Salary: 1500$ per month (contract basis)

Location: Osijek, Croatia (no English language proficiency required)
