Collection Agent - Osijek, Croatia

We are a reputable financial institution seeking a skilled Collection Agent to join our team in Osijek, Croatia. As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from our clients. You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Contact clients via phone, email, or mail to discuss their overdue payments
- Negotiate payment plans and deadlines with clients based on their financial situation
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and collection efforts
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment
- Provide regular updates to the management team on the status of collections
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues that may be impacting payment collection

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Collection Agent or similar role in the finance industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Malayalee and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to work independently and under pressure while meeting strict deadlines
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection in Croatia
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus commission on successfully collected debts. Additional benefits include accommodation assistance for candidates moving from outside Osijek.
