Machine Learning Engineer (Nepali-speaking)

We are actively searching for a talented and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing machine learning algorithms to support our company's data-driven initiatives. This is a contract position with potential for extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop machine learning solutions
- Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms
- Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Monitor model performance and make necessary improvements
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning or data science roles
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
- Experience working with biometric passport data is preferred
- Fluent in Nepali and English
