We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion. Your main tasks will include planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing the project team to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage projects from start to finish
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules
- Identify resources needed and assign responsibilities
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Manage project risks and issues proactively
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, discuss issues, and make decisions
- Provide guidance and support to project team members
- Prepare reports for upper management on project status

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in managing projects within budget constraints
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management certification is a plus)
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
