Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. This includes creating project plans, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Assign tasks to team members
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project success
- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Provide regular updates on project status to relevant parties
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
- Experience working in an international environment or with multicultural teams
- Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, etc.)
- Experience in the IT/tech industry
