We are a leading architecture firm based in Washington, seeking an experienced and talented Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction of our projects. Your main responsibility will be to assist our architects in developing technical drawings and plans, utilizing your knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects to develop detailed drawings and plans for construction projects
- Utilize AutoCAD and other software to create accurate technical drawings
- Conduct site visits and gather necessary information for project development
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical insight as needed
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
