We are seeking a skilled Gardener to maintain the outdoor spaces of our resort in Albena, ensuring they are visually appealing and in good health. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and a knowledge of various plants, shrubs, and trees. They should also have experience in landscaping and maintaining gardens. This role requires physical strength and stamina as it involves manual labor such as digging, planting, and pruning. The Gardener will also be responsible for watering, fertilizing, and pest control. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Salary is 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain attractive gardens and landscaping on the resort grounds
- Plant, prune, and weed flower beds, trees, bushes, and other vegetation
- Water plants regularly and apply fertilizers as needed
- Monitor for pests and manage pest control measures
- Operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Maintain garden tools to ensure they are clean and in good working condition
- Keep outdoor areas clean by removing debris and trash
- Work closely with the resort management team to plan seasonal changes or new garden installations
- Keep track of inventory for gardening supplies such as seeds, fertilizer, tools etc.
- Ensure the safety of guests by properly storing gardening equipment in designated areas

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of plants native to Albena preferred but not required
- Familiarity with gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers etc.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in outdoor environments
- Attention to detail when it comes to plant care and maintenance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines for seasonal changes or new installations
