Data Analyst

A fast-growing tech startup in Moscow is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide insights and support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, data mining, and visualization techniques. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively present your findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Perform statistical analysis on the data
- Develop algorithms and models to extract insights from the data
- Identify patterns and trends in the data
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes
- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, R)
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. SQL)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Moscow (open to Malayalees, foreigners, and English speakers)

Note: Biometric passport is preferred but not required for non-Russian nationals.
