Surveyor - Chelyabinsk, Russia

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying and be able to work independently to complete projects efficiently and accurately. This is an urgent job opportunity, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports, maps, and plans
- Work with engineers and architects to ensure accurate measurements for construction projects
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or questions
- Train and supervise junior surveyors as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Surveying or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and legal documents
- Proficient in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or Civil3D
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian (Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Must have own visa for Russia (employment visa can be arranged if needed)
- Valid driver's license

Salary: $900 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
