Puncher - Metal Fabricator (Mombasa, Kenya)

Our metal fabrication company in Mombasa is seeking a skilled Puncher to join our team. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various punch press machines to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate punch press machines to cut, punch, or form metal parts
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve any machine malfunctions or issues
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and supplies needed for operations
- Follow safety protocols at all times and ensure a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Puncher or Metal Fabricator in a manufacturing setting
- Proficient in using punch press machines and other metal fabrication tools
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and precision skills
- Physical strength and dexterity to lift heavy materials and operate machinery
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
