We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in Lahore. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing baked goods such as bread, cakes, pastries, and other desserts. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our products, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times to ensure proper cooking
- Decorate and garnish baked goods as needed
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed during the baking process
- Clean and sanitize work area before and after each shift
- Train new staff on baking techniques and company policies
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to plan menus and specials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong understanding of food safety standards
- Excellent time management skills
- Team player with good communication skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1600$ per month

This is a contract job with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is also available for selected candidates. Freshers are welcome to apply but previous experience is preferred.
