We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for gardens and outdoor spaces in the city of Chelyabinsk. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1700$, along with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and care for all plants, flowers, and trees in the garden
- Prune and trim trees, bushes, and hedges to maintain their shape and health
- Plant new trees, flowers, and shrubs as needed
- Water plants regularly as per their requirements
- Monitor pests and diseases in the garden and take necessary measures to control them
- Maintain garden tools and equipment in good working condition
- Keep the garden clean and free of debris at all times
- Assist with landscaping projects as needed

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Gardener
- Knowledge of plant care techniques, including watering, pruning, fertilizing, etc.
- Ability to identify different types of plants and their specific needs
- Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment
- Physically fit to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in cold climates
- Knowledge of Russian language
- Experience working with various types of plants
