Project Manager (Filipino)

We are a growing company based in Washington and we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Communicate project goals, progress, and issues to all stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities and ability to make decisions under pressure
