Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning the layout of industrial buildings and structures. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers and construction teams to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of clients in the industrial sector. You will also be involved in developing designs that adhere to safety standards and regulations, as well as ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of industrial processes and equipment, as well as knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial construction. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers, construction teams, and clients to develop industrial building designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure designs comply with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
- Work within project budgets and timelines
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments throughout the design process
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience working on industrial projects preferred but not required
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of industrial processes and equipment
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial construction
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Location: This position is based in Karachi but we are open to candidates from other cities in Pakistan.

Salary: The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Employment Type: This is a full-time position.

Experience: No prior experience is required for this role.
