Part-Time Industrial Architect
Location: Karachi, Pakistan


Our architecture firm is seeking a part-time Industrial Architect to join our team in Karachi. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial facilities such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial facilities
- Create designs and blueprints for new construction projects or renovations of existing facilities
- Use specialized software to create 3D models and renderings of proposed designs
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that construction is following the proposed design plans
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes in design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect working on industrial facility projects
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
