Team Lead - Braga, Portugal


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Braga, Portugal. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to ensure high-quality work and achieve departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the team
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor their progress
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance
- Ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their job duties effectively
- Handle any employee conflicts or issues that may arise within the team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication
- Keep track of departmental budget and make necessary adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
