The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting land surveys, using specialized equipment and software, and producing accurate measurements and reports. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and construction of various projects. Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using a variety of methods, including GPS, total station, and laser scanning
- Analyze survey data to produce accurate measurements and reports
- Create detailed maps, charts, and diagrams using specialized software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project requirements
- Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with survey plans
- Maintain survey equipment and tools in good working condition
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with CAD software for producing maps and drawings
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing land surveys
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
