Executive Chef for Fine Dining Restaurant in Alta, Norway
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a top-rated fine dining restaurant in Alta, Norway. We are seeking a passionate and creative individual who is able to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative menus, ensuring high-quality food production, managing inventory and ordering, and maintaining kitchen standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will also be responsible for training and supervising kitchen staff, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment. They must possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Knowledge of Norwegian cuisine is preferred but not required.
This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1400$ per week. The position does not include accommodation, but we are willing to provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
