Responsibilities:
- Create a variety of pastries and desserts according to menu specifications
- Decorate and present pastries in an attractive manner
- Oversee the pastry section of the kitchen, including ordering ingredients, maintaining inventory, and managing staff
- Ensure all pastries meet our high quality standards
- Develop new recipes and menu items
- Train new pastry chefs and assistants
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Pastry Chef or relevant role
- Knowledge of traditional Indian desserts and pastries is essential
- Strong creative skills with the ability to develop new recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent English language skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
