We are seeking a skilled Tiler to join our team in Akron, OH. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of tiles including ceramic, porcelain, and marble. Your main duties will include measuring and cutting tiles to fit specific areas, preparing surfaces for tiling, and applying grout and sealant.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role
- Knowledge of different tile types and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Attention to detail and precision
- Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and equipment
- Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles according to specifications
- Prepare surfaces by removing old tiles, filling gaps, and cleaning surfaces
- Lay out tiles in a pattern or design according to plans
- Mix and apply mortar or adhesive to secure tiles in place
- Use tools such as levels, trowels, spacers, and cutters to ensure proper alignment and fit
- Fill joints with grout and remove excess using a wet sponge or other tools
- Apply sealant to protect tiles from moisture or stains

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Trade school certification in tiling preferred but not required
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Tiler or similar role
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to tiling work

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. We welcome candidates of all nationalities who are fluent in English. Part-time positions may also be available.
