As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate surveys and measurements of land and property using specialized equipment and techniques. Your role will be vital in providing accurate data for various construction, engineering, and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction staking.
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners to collect data.
- Analyze survey data to create maps, drawings, and reports.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide technical support to project managers and other team members.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a land surveyor.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.
- Proficiency in using various surveying software such as AutoCAD and GIS.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
