Welder - Fabrication Specialist (Indian Nationals)


We are a Las Vegas-based fabrication company seeking an experienced and skilled Welder to join our team. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal materials according to project specifications. This position is open to Indian nationals who have experience in welding and are looking to work in an English-speaking environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding to join metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
- Measure and mark out materials for cutting and shaping
- Operate equipment such as grinders, saws, and drills to prepare materials for welding
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet project specifications
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within given deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Welder or similar role
- Skilled in using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Knowledge of metallurgy principles and properties of metal materials
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
